Refund & cancellation policy.
This policy explains when and how you can cancel a purchase and request a refund on PaiVidya, operated by Pulsewright AI Solutions Private Limited. All prices on PaiVidya are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of GST.

Paid courses — 30-day guarantee
Most paid courses come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If a course doesn't meet your expectations, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided you have not completed a substantial part of the course (broadly, less than ~25% of the lessons) and have not been issued a certificate of completion.
Refunds are made to your original payment method via our payment partner Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days of approval. The exact credit timeline depends on your bank or card issuer.
Cancellations
You may cancel a purchase any time before you start accessing the course content for a full refund.
Once you have started consuming the course (watching lessons, attempting quizzes), the 30-day guarantee terms above apply.
What is non-refundable
Coin packages and in-platform rewards are non-refundable, as coins are consumed within the platform and carry no cash value.
Courses where a certificate of completion has already been issued, or where the 30-day window has passed.
Live classes / sessions you have already attended. For scheduled live sessions, cancellations made at least 24 hours before the session are eligible for a refund or credit.
Items expressly marked as non-refundable or sold under a special promotion, where stated at checkout.
GST on refunds
Because prices are inclusive of GST, an approved refund returns the full amount you paid, including the GST component. Where a GST tax invoice was issued for the purchase, we issue a corresponding GST credit note (under Section 34 of the CGST Act) reversing the tax.
How to request a refund
Email billing@paividya.com (or support@paividya.com) from your registered email address, quoting your order or tax-invoice number (e.g. PW/26-27/00001) and the reason for the request.
We acknowledge refund requests within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 7 working days. If your request relates to a service issue, our support team may first try to resolve the underlying problem.
